    Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy

    Psychotherapy available for individuals, couples, and families for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, substance abuse disorders, relationship issues, trauma, etc.

    Nurse Practitioner

    Performs psychiatric evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, prescribes and monitors medication, and provides psychotherapy.

    Occupational Therapy

    Assess and support daily functioning, sensory processing, motor coordination, and executive skills to improve independence and quality of life.

    Equine Therapy

    A hands-on, experiential approach that supports emotional regulation, confidence, and connection through structured work with horses. It can be a powerful option for individuals who benefit from learning and healing outside of a traditional office setting.

    Neuropsychological Assessment

    Specialized clinical services that focus on understanding and addressing cognitive, emotional, and behavioural issues related to brain functioning. These types of services are most appropriate for those with brain injuries, brain tumours, dementia, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, epilepsy, cognitive impairments, etc.

    Virtual Services

    Virtual psychological services to support your mental health journey. We offer, individual, couples, and family therapy, group therapy, and some psychological assessments and treatments in a virtual setting in Ontario via our secure telehealth platform.
